16 years as a certified Personal Trainer - REPs registered and registered nurse; I can help you start and keep exercising. I work through my gym in Ngaio. I have been a trainer at the Les Mills Gyms in Wellington for 15 years As a Life Coach I will encourage, motivate and support you to create strategies to achieve your goals and have fun on the way.
My clients range from lifestyle clients, weight loss candidates, menopause, pre/post-cancer and pre/post surgery patients to sports people (golf, tennis, netball, soccer, rugby etc.), adults and teenagers.

"You can't out-exercise a bad diet" “You are what you eat”. “Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand”. Food is 80% Exercise is 20%. I will ask the hard questions.
I don’t believe faddish diets sustain weight loss but healthy, nutritious food together with regular exercise will.

you are eating the wrong things.
